Questions from the PaL Mailbag...
QI am a young mum of three, my mornings are extremely rushed, what morning prayers can I say in a short amount of time?

A: Mornings can be very rushed, especially for parents caring for small children and for many mothers it is not realistic to devote an extended period to praying on a regular basis.  Each person's circumstances are different, but one should try to say birchos hatorah (page 16*), birchos hashachar (page 18) and the shema (page  90) with its brachos (page 84), followed by the amidah (page 98).  If this is impossible, omit the brachos either side of the shema.  If more time is available, add in the start (page 58) and end of pesukay d'zimra (page 82) and ashrei (page 66), adding more tehillim if you are able.
